There is a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi and family-friendly amenities, including a games room with pool table, and baby essentials including a cot and high chair.

Lynmouth is centrally located with the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) to the north, Salamanca and the Hobart CBD to the south, the airport to the east, and Mt Wellington to the west. A short stroll takes you to cafes, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, and a foreshore walking track along the Derwent River to the Botanical Gardens, and aquatic centre. Beam Bikes operate in Hobart and are a great way to explore Hobart from the Cottage.
